Anyone With Word 2010?

Helping a friend with an assignment again for some lolcomputeliteracy course and one of the instructions, you need word 2010 for (we only have 2007).

Anyone think they may be able to help with this?

Can use openoffice (since it opened the files for me) and just remember to save or in word format by using the option save as

there's no reason you shouldn't be able to use 2007 for that, I can insert screenshots in office XP...

Yea, I can take prntscreen screenshots and throw them in just fine, but since I don't have 2010, idk if it does the same thing or if it's screenshot makes a thumbnail of it or etc. Didn't want to end up doing the wrong thing and costing 6 points from that section.

Should make a screenshot of it just fine. If in doubt you can always paste it in paint and make a jpeg of it and then insert it into the document. This feature has been available for the longest time.

Schools are *** for sucking M$'s *** that much anyway.

Lol to better word it though, I just didn't know what their built in screen shot function did and if it were actually any diff than taking my own or not, which is why I didn't want to just assume they were the same, but if they are, then I can do this np lol (Well actually on second thought the document I'm supposed to be taking the screenie of is longer than my window, prtscreen will only capture what is visible, no?)

F11 to full screen your screen, and see if it fits then.

I did it. The title bar says [Activation Failed] because ... ^^;; but it should work just fine. Used word 2010 and just resaved over original file. sending pm now with link :)
