i would say Blade:jin and possibly metsu even though it sucks lol thanks
mestus does way more than jin out side even in vw jin, but your best bet is shun since it does a little moe than metsu at lv 95 kikoku vs metsu.

Any idea what moonshade Atk 4 and TP Bonus 25 does against Dex in that slot? Curious. I recently 99'd my kikoku and trying to brush up on my set, its pretty similar to yours except for the earring. From what I have been reading the atk penalty gets modified every 100tp?
