DA can proc on any physical WS that is less than 8 hits. In other words, yes.

2 relics and you didn't know that DA can proc on any physical ws below 8 hits? I don't want to live on this planet anymore.

i no longer feel like my new Ragnarok is an accomplishment thanks to this.
The occasional significant damage boosts with higher TP return were simply instances of good fortune.
Scourge is clearly lightning based, don't be fools!

Scourge is Blazing Bound in a weapon skill. Max out that MAgic Defense Bonus gear son!

and to be honest, i consider 6 weeks solo more of an accomplishment than begging 20 people to show up for a year to do it for me

The new Relic System is a great accomplishment, in many ways i feel it's alot better. Is it a greater accomplisment than the old system, no.
A linkshell team that supports members for there commitment to the Linkshell with a Relic sponsorship was a honor & mostly given to skilled, deserving players. Sponsors had to farm & craft 500k-1m per week on top of the same Dynamis commitment. Overall it was alot more work.
Although times have changed for the better in some ways, lets be realistic about how Dynmais was previously, Hanabira.

to finish my relic in 6 weeks i had to make 1-2 mil per DAY, AND do dynamis every single day. im pretty sure thats more work. than dymamis twice a week and 1mil per week

making relic right now is about as hard as leveling a job to 99 in abyssea. maybe easier.

because you werent able to. a slow grind does not equal difficult. by your logic, if i farmed 1 mil a week, and did dynamis twice a week, it would be the same accomplishment as the old days right? now i have the choice to put in 5 times more work to get it 5 times faster. except i dont have to get all butthurt if 20 people dont show up to do my bidding.
