Damage Rating Of Physical Blue Magic

from what i have read online about physical blue magic is that Blue Magic skill determines the damage rating (D-rating) of physical blue magic. and i have also read that there are tiers of blue magic skill, where more skill for certain spells is only useful when a tier is met.

is there a site or a way to see what these tiers are for individual spells along with the spells specific modifier. thanks.

D = (0.11*blue magic skill)*2 + 3
Both wiki only has comprehensive list of spell modifiers up to level 75. For complete one, you gotta dug BLU thread on BG. I think a while ago Prothescar posted an updated comprehensive info on blue magic summed in 1 post.
