It's really a double edged sword I have to admit I like the fact that I don't need a full ally to do alot of the stuff I want to do. Hate to really bounce this off topic but I have to ask what your opinions are on tera from what you have seen? I trust this community more than any other because most of you share the same likes about difficult game play and actual challenge and time to achieve something.

I've always played this game "low-man" and so it's not really much different for me. This definently true as a Blue Mage as, at least for me, the slightest change you make affects how you play the job.

ok so I been on the VW grind and @ T6 (now I see what alot of blu's were talkin about with the whole proc thing during runs. Not the most fun thing in the world but whatever gets the job done for drops I guess... anyway so far this is the armor I have achieved.

Here is my question, After browsing some of the forums I see that the STR trial is best off hand to empy. Has anyone played with the OAT for an off hand? I mean I know you lose the str and attack and that is huge for our spells etc. But what about getting to 300%tp faster and riding out aftermath longer and WS spamming while self SC timers are down? Being that the WS is a 60% dex mod and with some of the gear I have at the moment wouldn't that do decent dps to conserve on mp? I am talking outside of aby btw. I have full HP merits cause im a nin *** for everything I do inside aby so my MP pool I think is roughly 800. Thanks ahead of time!

I dual wield in abby the Oat Swords. You can Sblade self cure yourself nonsop and take down many NM's solo that way.

FFXIV is functionally playable now, and it's really fun.

Just saying. Your GTX 580 will blow through it easily.

Ya I am still going to get it just to play with it and see what happens while I work on str as well. From what I was reading though the whole reason alot of people go against it is because of the proc. With trip attk set, dbl attk /war + gear etc. your getting Xamount of swings per round and hitting more than enough. But I guess I will just get it to play with it while I work on str and if it sux toss it in storage thats all.
