Triggers Since Update.

Since the Versatility on BLU in VW is locked, I'll start this one.

I was wondering if anyone changed their playing style due to the fact that now blu triggers are now more common in VW. So far in every VW I did since update, blu spells pops up multiple times. Last night during Gaunab I had ice1 and ice3 up and while waiting for the spell swap cooldown thunder1 and dark1 popped lol.

Wait, was there something official about this? I haven't really been following vw too much lately.

If not, rng has always been weird at times. It's entirely possible to go whole streaks of procs being only/mostly blu, brd, or blm, etc etc. I remember at one point doing Uptala it was Dark5 blm all 4 fights which was next to impossible to get (and really annoying). There's been times I've joined as brd and literally gone 8+ fights without having a single song proc, and other times where all I see is brd brd brd.

Aside from that, I don't play blu, so I'm sure some others will hop along and help you out with that :p

Normally I go in BLU/WAR with Prothescar's setup and keep 1 proc in the hole. Go in with temps and DD/CDC and if a trigger shows up, swap > proc and keep it moving. Now it's too many 1 min cooldowns during the fight. It comes off bad when you see FIRE3 BLU a zillion times and screaming it's f---'ing coming!

On that note, there should be a huge sign in front of every VW pop spot that says: REMEMBER THAT BLUE MAGE CANNOT SPAM ALL PROC SPELLS AT ALL TIMES, or something like that :P

You're just having bad luck. I have seen 3-4 blu procs up at once, its not fun lol. However last night i did 4 Pils and only had 1 blu proc throughout all the fights. Random is random.

Think that's just bad luck too.

My setup's been the same, and I've been spamming the hell outta VW this week.

Does look a little bad when you're doing a ***-ton of damage and people are calling out "Wind Blu" though.
