What is the general preference between these 2 neck pieces?
Love should win unless you are absolutely capped on acc, however Rancor Collar is better than both generally.
Love retains situational value as a DEX/Attk piece as well.

Simple: Love Torque for perfectionists. Agasaya's for those that live in Abyssea. Seriously though, if you're needing ACC and ATT you need to skill up.
isnt Agasaya more attack than love?
Yeah, though the difference shouldn't even be noticeable between the two, unless you're at that weird part of dDex where 5 dex would make a huge difference in crit rate.
Yeah, I don't think it really matters one way or another. Rancor should win in most cases.

Just like DT-10% won't keep you alive, DT+10% will rarely kill you outside of Throat Stab moves.
I stopped tping in rancor collar on both thf and nin when I kept barely getting killed to Homing Missiles. I switched out rancor collar and lived each time barely so it actually made a difference there. I agree that rancor is the better tp piece however I choose not to use it. I have been using Love Torque but was just curious as to what others thought between the 2.
