Killed over 100 Demons.. in Uleguerand Range and Xacavar (S)..... not even one used the move.... Anyone have gotten it in those places? and off what job?...
Dynamis-Xarca demons use this move incessantly. Might get lucky there. GOOD LUCK!
I was thinking the high level ones in the Keep (s) maybe. If not then Dyna-Xarc would be a good spot. I don't know if all the jobs do it.

If you go to dyna to learn this, try the higher level ones on the upper ledge. I fought 15-20 lower level ones and not one used it. But the first mob I fought on the upper ledge used it 4 times in the span it took me to just kill it.
Could have just been luck but may as well try it.

The lower level ones can and do use it as well. Learned mine off a Kindred Samurai near where the outpost in Xarcabard is.
BF learned it in Dyna-Tav last night off of the Kindred Ninja. We went there to help a friend farm items (he doesn't have Xarc access yet). They con as T there so be wary. We didn't have a healer with us other than /rdm so we had to be careful.
Marquis Sabnock in Castle Zvahl Baileys only spams this JA. He's a lottery NM but it may be worth the time

Demons in Dyna only use Great Axe, Scyth and Club. I don't ever recall seeing them with swords.
I think as far as the best chance of seeing them outside of Sabnock would be to aim for the Samurai ones in Dyna-Xarc and let them two-hour. Since they tend to do it relatively early on, that's three chances at nearly full HP for them to do it, let alone how many times you see it if you're trying to whittle it down slowly.
Went 1/1 on the first demon near the entrance to dyna-xarc, was a drk.

You can definitely learn spells from campaign mobs. I've learned Orcish Counterstance and Frenetic Rip from the forces in Jugner {S}. I don't participate in campaign when I do this just to make sure, but it's definitely possible.
Kindred Paladin did quadrastrike...thats how I got it.....tsk tsk if you dont have dyna-xarcabard access
LEarned it first demon i pulled in Dynamis i tried in the past and in ulyulygrand and nada, also dont be discouraged if trying to learn bloodrake We were there for 2 hours spamming clubs on them until before we said screw it we were gonna warp he used it !!! luckily we all learned it 1/1 but damn 2 hours for him to use it once.
Learned it first try in Dynamis Tavanazian
Learned 2 for one off Beastmaster in DX BST gave Quadrastrike and its pet gave Thunder Breath pretty sweet.
