great chart, could also include what materia is made from what items, seems that information should really be in this chart.

I don't have much information on what materia can be acquired from different equipment. If anyone has sufficient information on this subject, I'd be willing to take a look at it and see if there isn't a way to fit it into the chart, or to see about making a separate chart for that.

This chart makes me very happy.
I am currently working on an update for this chart to include information released by Square-Enix as to which materia can be obtained via equipment conversion. The updated chart should be completed by the end of today.
Minor error I've noticed:
The values for Bloodwall III should be 11 12 13 15 instead of 12 12 13 15. Yes, the maximum Bloodwall II is 12 and the minimum Bloodwall III is 11. No, I don't know what they were thinking.

That's what the white dots on the chart represent, as stated by the key in the lower right corner of the chart. Also that's why I've added accessories (seeing as how they can't be slotted).
The values for Hells Eye (M Acc) are also incorrect. Teir 1 starts at 2, Teir 2 at 9, Tier 3 at 11 and tier 4 at 16
Been kinda busy with the holidays, but I will have a corrected version posted soon; I know SE made some changes to materia values w/ 1.20/1.20a that may account for the differing values.
