Does anyone know if TEs or procs
affect drop rates of NM spawning items? For example, in Dynamis-Beaucidince, can I go in and just start farming for attestation NM pops without doing any TEs? Will it matter to do TEs?

I'm pretty sure those will still drop without TEs, only treasure hunter should have any impact on the drop rate.
