Upgrades:

Coruscanti would be a better offhand.

Toci's Harness (13 STR, 13 DEX, 10 Accuracy, 10 Attack, 3% 2A) would be an upgrade on both Mercy sets, and probably on Evisceration in no Atma situations.

Whirlwind Dirs (12 STR, 3% 2A) would be an upgrade on unstacked Mercy. Sneak Attack would depend on the mob's defense.

(Hecatomb Leggings have STR and Attack augment. Subligar has STR, DEX, and Crit Rate.)

I was talking to someone about this for SAMS. I haven't gotten around to do any solid testing yet, but would the STR+DEX (mod for SA) beat the attack the +1Cerb offers?

EDIT: Just going to guess that that all depends on capped attack and other variables like that.

I switched to Cerb+1 over Cuchulain, which is very close to that. I personally prefered having the attack boost, although the difference is not huge at all. It's the same reason I go Justiciar's Torque over Kubira Beads and Hecatomb Subligar +1 over Calmecac and/or Carabosse Panties.

I recently got my mandau and was looking at the ws build and saw calmecac subligar. Maybe i'm wrong but dont think thf can use that.
