Pashow S has Morbols but you may need to Sync for them, and they're few and far between.

Those really are the best spots... Morbols aren't easy-to-find monsters.

This is probably your best bet tbh. Wind can last a long time and (I forget where) there's a little area where you can kill a lot of them. You'll know when you seem them. Just keep utsusemi up and it's a walk in the park. Probably faster than doing it in Abyssea.

Edit: I did mine in the woodlands, and finished in less than two hours.

Nope, those are pretty much the only places. Vunkerl and WG are the best places for weather kills.

During Months 2,3,4 wind weather is fairly common in Riverne. You can check the weather there for Gales/Windy and camp the lunantishee when you get a positive day. A few of them will con as Too Weak, so while there is no weather, you can kill all of them until they repop as EP, then kill a couple dozen during wind weather np.
Thats what I did for both of my eva daggers.

You can actually find some morbols with decent wind weather in Vunkerl Inlet, toward the south of the map all around the big pond. You gotta watch out for the NM though.

Aht Urghan areas are still better, since you can almost always find others to team up with and the wind is common, but for those off chances where there's no wind for the next several days, Vunkerl is worth a look.

I did my morbols in bhaflau thickets. Iirc there are 4-5 spawns fairly close together near the middle of the map. It goes by very quickly with wind weather.
