Ragnarok(90) Anyone know if there is a decent amount of info on the "Increases rate of critical hits IV"? Scourge numbers @90? I searched through BG and couldn't find it through the thousands of threads ; ;

I was told that it parsed at +20% crit rate at 90, with Scourge's aftermath being another +10%. I think Scourge's damage would end up being around 25% lower (loose guestimate) than Torcleaver.
