I can't find any info on it.. I know it's some kind of augment thing but is it from a quest of some sort?

I made this guide for my LS, can use if you want.
Start: Get Windurstian Tea leaves
Do this quest first:

Zone out when done, zone back in.
Do this quest next, should take 5~6 times (have to zone each time) to get level 2 fame (which can check by seeing if Brygrid gives quest).:

Now once you are level 2 fame you can do her quest for subligar:

Pretty simply quest, wear a piece of empy armor (feet/hands/head is good so you don't have to swap out) and talk to her to start quest. Put on the required gear and talk to finish.
SCH, DRG and BLM have least required items.

i gave up after 250 attempts
Took me 200+ tries, took a ls member 4 tries it's random.

Took me well over 250 times, over the course of about 3 or 4 days. I finished DRK, BRD, COR, WHM, and BST +1 bodies in the process. I had enough DRK seals to +1 it two and a half times.

0/425 so far over 3 days. I took a break from it after that. May go back and try again later. Oh but each subligar npc for 600 gil, so atleast made 250k which means if I go another 425 tries before refresh I will have made money back I used on gear.
I ended up getting the refresh panties before I even got the 2nd seal I wanted. About 19 runs in.
Punk kept asking for Clown's Subligar, the one thing I didn't have. Grab everything that's potentially worn by your job for the quest, it's annoying to waste a run by having to cancel the quest.
Does she says anything else amusing for the other jobs? I can imagine her going "HEY JACKWAGON LEVEL ANOTHER JOB".

I was about 2/40 on the refresh panties. It took me about 2/60 to get my last 2 whm body seal ; ;
I was about 1/10 when I first got them. I think I'm like 1/50 now. I have +1 DRK COR BST WHM bodies by repeating this quest on DRK. I did dark knight because I had crimson cuisses. I posted a screenshot of my subligar and I mistyped something in tell ><
Yay! I got mine! Was kinda scared after hearing the 1/250 stories... But I went about 1/8! Kinda sucks only cuz I bought like 500k worth of gear for this quest. :)

1/45~ Bought it all up and spammed on BLM.
spammed it on WHM, 1/15. I also got 8 BRD body seals in those 15 quests. I also had all of the armor so i had no repeats.
I saw someone here on Shiva with Refresh +1 and MP recovered while healing +3 =/ Wish I was that laucky with mine.
