If so, enjoy your new total bandwidth cap. Time Warner is pushing it's metered billing for High speed to those cities, how ironic that they are in markets that have little real competition. Coming soon to a city near you!

Once it becomes apparent that they can get away with this, how long do you think it's gonna be before all that major providers are doing this? I'm betting not too long...

How's it Ironic? That sounds like the smart thing to do. You have all the products in the area so inflate the price...

Oh, and coupled with the fact that certain sites will not count towards your limit (much like calling your voicemail on your cellphone doesn't count towards your minutes), seems to be an effective way to steer traffic and fight back against net neutrality.
