I'd keep Oirandori/Kamome for offhand. NIN caps Subtle Blow stupid easily, and evasion is pretty much worthless now with capped haste plus AF3+2 boots. That's just my first impression.

its garbage for the most part, wouldnt be a bad katana, but the delay is way too high.

if you need evasion use sekka+2, subtle blow does almost nothing since nin can cap easily, and Oirandori is a much better katana, offhand or mainhand.
