Was thinking about Bio II today.
Before the 75 level cap was increased, the highest damage-per-tick (dmg/tick) known for Bio II was 8 dmg/tick, which required Dark Magic skill greater than 291.
With capped skill @ level 85 BLM, plus +skill equipment and merits, my character has 365 Dark Magic Skill now.

Does anyone know if dmg/tick continued to go up beyond 8 dmg/tick, now that we can achieve higher Dark Magic Skill?

Couldnt u test it urself? Im not sure if the lowerd magic dmg in ballista counts towards bio but it should be very apparent pretty quickly if it does or doesnt. Just grab a buddy test dummy (preferably one with erase) and go to brenner for abit and bio II him/her and then count the dmg it does. then take off/put on gear to see if u can find if/when the dmg goes up.
