Anyone have any advice where a good place to go for undead lightning weather at? I know Bostaunieux Oubliette when on the day but while I wait trying to find a place I can do this with weather up.

You could try qutrubs in Caedarva Mire, you should be able to team up with a few thiefs and blue mages that way for nice quick kills.
