when spells first come out people try to over price them and players are stupid enough to not try to find the npc but over pay for the spell. but than players raise the price of spells than complain if some one doesn't have those spells.

They say, people that buy spells from the AH - that can be bought cheaper from an NPC are paying for the service/convenience.
People complain when players don't have the spells to suit their job - because they view that they're not playing the job the way it was supposed to be. IE, RDM without dispel/refresh level after they are able to use such spells. BLM without Sleepga II in events like dyna back in the day.
Then again, who knows....

All correct answers!....In my opinion anyway. I personally do NOT feel like buying Refresh II for 180k+ (150k from NPC but eh)... I'd rather wait to see if prices drop in a week or so before purchasing...I'm very cheap.

EDIT: No noble cause in over pricing things people need unless it goes to a charity fund for newb/hacked players!
Think of it this way:
If I can get more money from people's stupidity, then I can buy stuff to help the Linkshell. That way, it is helping the collective community, and people are happy.
