Why do you think the Amnesia Great Axes procs like, never and lasts about 3 seconds
I've heard nothing about RDM getting amnesia, and see your point as to why RDM wouldn't get it. However, your argument would also apply to why SE wouldn't give a job "Break", yet SE announced that BLM will get it in the next update. I think "Break" is a bigger game changer than "Amnesia" would be, but maybe SE will make it have a short duration or very low accuracy.

Just so you know, they didn't take amnesia off ladybugs >_> It's still there. Unless they took it off 3 days ago.
And making NM's immune to Amnesia would be more than easy.

Problem solved. Naturally it would be slightly more longwinded (or at least, you'd hope so), but that's the gist of it. This is assuming you're on about all NM's, otherwise it would take a little bit longer, but it's nothing overly complex.
