Mine crashes too, but before it even starts.

Though I know why it does that; it's a naming error in my computer.

I don't have a solution for yours. Probably would help if you showed the problem details too.

You got around the same score I did.
Unfortunately we're on the bottom branch for playability. So we'll definitely have to upgrade our hardware to play it "comfortably" ~_~

I read the even Nvidia said the benchmark is inaccurate, and to add 1000 to your score.

Really? Well I know they recently released newer drivers which have said to have given a 7% increase in performance for running that benchmark. But 2900 is still kinda eh. We'll be lucky if we can get 30 FPS.

Don't worry to much about the benchmark right now because its only the first benchmark released just before beta testing. I would expect everyones scores to be lower then they actually will be in the game. As I don't find it prudent to compare Square with another company, I'll compare there Final Fantasy XI benchmarks. The first benchmark was vastly inaccurate in terms of actual level of playability. The second benchmark was much more accurate because it was released after the game was out. Since there still developing the game I wouldn't lose my mind over it. Ill wait for the second benchmark that is full screen and utilizes my computer.

True, I forgot the benchmark was released during the alpha testing period of the game, therefore won't even remotely reflect the actual performance for gameplay until the damn thing is out already.

If I recall correctly, SE released a total of three FFXI benchmarks, so we'll have to see~

I think that if your bench runs smoothly as mine does, you have nothing to worry about^^

Mine ran fairly well until Leviathan made his gigantic splash, then the water effects made everything get uber slow.
Also had some slowdowns during heavy combat scenes.

Nothing getting a better video card and a quad core can't fix ^^;
