Please Help My Siggy T.T

Hi there! thank you sooo much for taking a moment to look at my post!
My PC blew up on me and I lost my Photoshop :(
Ive been working on making a siggy so this is driving me nuts!
this is the Idea:


Id like to have a really cool looking background but damn old paint cant let me cut the chars out and paste them onto a background like I had wanted to..

If your feeling bored would anyone care to help me out a bit?
