Where am I supposed to fight these I can't find any. It needs to be somewhere with earth, ice, water, or dark weather.

there are 63 different slimes in this game, how can´t you find any ? ^^
Garlaige Citadel (S) or Mount Zhayolm just to name 2 areas

Is Mount Zhayolm earth often and what about garlaige?

Mount Zhayolm won't work because clots don't count. Ranguement pass level synced is your best, but if that's not an option mire works decently. Just check the weather NPC prior to heading out.

weather is the issue not finding the slimes...rangmount pass been the most frequent weather place

cool i might try that as i have no lvl sync lol
I did Mire on my Lv.80 Bard, (BRD/SAM :D) and there was almost constant weather up.
