I Know A Lot Of You FFXI'ers Use Photoshop, So... Can I Ask A Question?

I don't know if this is in the right area.
Was thinking. "Art." so...art.

Is there any guides to use photoshop to simply color in my drawings, or just outline them?

I have PhotoShop Elements 7.0.
I just want to go a step further with my drawings and color them in, or make something more out of it then I can with just using a pencil.


I would greatly appreciate any links, or just help from someone else if they wouldn't mind taking a little time out for some questions. ._.;;

Basically what it shows is turning scanned drawings into line arts. Then you can create layers for different colors/parts.
