Trade a Goblin Drink to the Scrawled Writing in Oldton Movalpolos, which will spawn a Goblin Wolfman (50-55). Scrawled Writings are found at (G-13), (I-11), and (I-9).

It has roughly a 30% chance to drop Parade Gorget:
Rare/Exclusive
[Neck] All Races
DEF: 5 MP +10
Latent effect: Adds "Refresh" effect
Lv. 50 PLD / DRK

Latent effect

* Active while HP > 85% (white)
* The HP% is determined by base HP + HP boosts from visible armor and weapons. Other accessories are not factored in.

This drink won't stack with other foods. It leaves a food effect instead of a drink effect.

This can also be crafted with a Phanauet as opposed to an Elshimo Newt.

Phanauet Newt can fished up at the Newtpool in Carpenter's Landing at a fairly common rate and with a low fishing skill (level 4)

A Phanauet Newt can be used in place of the Elshimo Newt. This recipe caps at 82. I'd add the recipe myself but I have no idea how to go about doing that!

For those of you that want to know what else this item does...

Food Effects: (180 Minutes, All Races)
MP Recovered While Healing +1

so not much on paper but its a 3 hour drink. Now food and drinks stack i have not tested this but i think that you should be abole to use this drink and a your normal food for even more mp when healing. is it worth the price... you decide but it could be fun or save your party with a vital cure. Try it

A pretty ok recipe, u can make about 3-4k profit on this. Maybe even more.
