This is a wonderfully complicated item to make. You do not need to have synergy leveled to get it but you will need to conscript some crafters and find the ingredients. Nothing too hard except maybe for the firebrick and you should note that the person who puts the ingredients into the furnace gets the item and that person doesn't have to have synergy leveled.

You will the veteran cook, smith, and artisan woodworker in party but they don't necessarily need to have synergy leveled either, they can just stand around.

After that you will need to find at least two synergists that know what they're doing because a 70/70/50/70/70 synth might as well be impossible to produce by one's self.

It's actually journeyman synergy, it's offered as a skill-up recipe at 50.
