Evilpaul its called supply and demand. yes we'd all like the bazaar prices to be cheaper (as well as the 15 people that rated you up + all the ones that will rate me down will agree) yes it cost 10mil @ 100k each and thats ridiculous. but these things are a pain in the *** to get. the reason you even care about bazaar prices is because you know its a pain (ie you cant just get em all yourself in a nice short amount of time that would =10k each.)

Dropped from Walk of Echoes Conflux 5. Presumably drops from all confluxes with high enough performance and luck.

I just got one from flux 1 while doing runs with my ls. So i assume you can get it from any flux regardless.
