Enhances Reprisal effect does two things:

1: Reprisal's ordinary block rate increase of 1.5 x normal rate goes to 3 x normal rate
2: Increases Reprisal spike damage by 50%

Edit: I initially posted a 2x increase, the dev's recently confirmed this was an error; the rate increase is 1.5>3

This shield equals Ochain for physical mitigation if the following are true:

1: You have enough haste to keep Reprisal up at least half the time.

2: You are fighting few or strong enough mobs that Reprisal does not wear off early due to damage spikes cap.

3: You are not fighting enemies so high level that Ochain's block rate takes a significant drop.

Pointless comment, but I can't decide if it sucks they didn't give PLD's a new shield model, or awesome they used one that's only had one other use on a shield that never had a chance to really be used often heh.
