For BLU:

-Excellent (Best in Slot) STR/DEX spell piece; Disseverment, Goblin Rush, Vanity Dive, etc.
-Excellent STR/VIT spell piece; Delta Thrust, Quad. Continuum
-Excellent (Best in Slot) Heavy Strike piece

Also nice for spells like Benthic Typhoon/Amorphic Spikes/Whirl of Rage/Tourbillion if you don't have the inventory space to support specific sets for every spell ever.

It is not a viable TP piece.

Can envision a couple potential TP builds involving this, depending on what the DW% on it is.

For DNC: This and the +2% haste dagger now out will allow me to drop current head TP (Nemetona) and Thaumas feet and bring back Charis +2 toeshoes into rotation. Should be a swing of about 4% more damage output (with extra acc).

This is a great piece for Sneak Attack and Evisceration. Of course, there are better pieces out there, but this is easier to get and free.

Its ok for VS and pummel but i cant see how 4STR can win over 4%DA from Usukane. Unless of course you are at sweet spot for dDEX but that would be hard to guess for every fight.
