Despite not being shown, it still maintains the "Military Parade" bonus. If you look at other 119 reforged Relic mage armor, specifically SMN, WHM, BLM, etc, they all have +STR/+DEX around 21-22 or so.

This has comparably higher. (though not as high as Melee choices)

Anyway, requires Kaggen's Cuticle and Yggdreant Bole to upgrade, along with of course 8 Chapter 7's.
