Parry healing seems as though it's not a proc. (a little hard to tell as there's not a message, but it looks like a 100% effect.)
Yup. These make you essentially invincible with Battuta up.
Unshielded Goldsmiths are selling this at a huge loss. The Ruthenium Ore alone costs three times what they're currently asking. So if you pay the HQ price for it by accident, take comfort in knowing you've probably made somebody's day.
