At least the 119 Empy gloves have a stack or archery skill on em.

Re: Xindarti's comment - these gloves aren't for /ra midshot.

They are a solid preshot option: BiS Rapid Shot gear if you're already capped on snapshot (though I'd imagine most RNG COR would be more likely to want to use Carmine+1 for Snap+8/Rapid+11)

They are also the best COR STP hands (barely, 1 more than Adhemar+1) if you're using Quick Draw solely for TP gain.
