Deciding to be adventurous since I can't find Path C for these anywhere, I went that route. It appears that Path C gives Atk Dex and sTP.

As of rank 9 stats are as follows:
Attack +9
Dex +4
Store TP +1

These are the pet H2H that non-Kenkonken puppetmasters needed but hadn't gotten. Good stats for both the master and the automaton.

There's an error in the description.
It gives Ranged ATTACK, not ACCURACY.
Basically it gives attack to all melee, ranged and magic .

Tinhaspa Path B R15 have 41 more Accuracy than Oats. If you build Path A you wasted the potential of the item.

ATK is clearly easier to come by than ACC.
