Assumed hand-to-hand skill of 440 and 341 (280+61) delay, with at least two attacks per round guaranteed.
60/341*(3+floor(440*.11)+34) = ~14.95 per fist, or ~29.91 DPS total.

I would not put too much stock in DPS numbers, however, as they do not tell the whole story.
