More like the not as good and worse than Machine xbow.
There is no possible way you would be pulling hate with this let alone Machine xbow ever, so the -5 enmity is moot. 58 delay higher than Machine, 2 higher base damage, but missing 18 RATT. Gaining more TP with this over Machine isn't valid either, since you would most likely be spamming Trueflight which has nothing to do with weapon damage.
