Obtained during the Adventurer Appreciation Campaign 2011

1) Pick up your Novennial gear from a Moogle (South Sandy I-8, Bastok Markets F-8, Windy Waters (North) F-9). Put it on and talk to the Moogle again.

2) Find the Moogle Crafter in your town (by the Leathercraft, Goldsmithing, Clothcraft guild) and talk to them with Novennial gear on.

3) Go to the following places and talk to the Moogle Gatherer with your Novennial gear on: Ghelsa Outpost F-7 border, Palborough Mines I-8 opposite elevator, Giddeus H-7.

4) After getting each key item from the Moogle Gatherer, visit the relevant Moogle Crafter with Novennial Gear on to get it crafted into a new key item.

5) Once you've gotten all three final key items, return to any of the three starting Moogles to obtain this item.

Friend got something like 2k.

Not sure what the cap is, doesn't look to be high.
