All the elemental grips have a 50%-60% drop rate, so SE meant for these to be an affordable bonus. If you can't afford it now, just wait it out. It's only going to get cheaper.

Great upgrade from Staff Strap, you should really try and get the drop from a ZMN instead of dropping 250k on it.
