Not sure yet if this will be a good offhand (wonderfully low delay and double attack) or another Enhancing Sword in terms of usefulness.

The latent effect is active once the enspells are casted upon the individual. Also this makes the enhancing sword act like a baby rattle this sword is a must have for RDM's. The latent effect also works offhand allowing the user to use both Twilight knife and sword.
