Just got one of these last night, and was using it while running back and forth to/from Ops Sargeant in an LS Dom Ops party.

Mazurka was firing at 40% cast time consistently all night. At first I thought it was my Atma, but no other songs showed the same effect.

Was I seeing things/lagging? No record of a hidden effect or anything on this.
