Additional Effect is about 10% (But seems to proc more I have had it proc 4 swings in a row) the hidden damage boost is around 5% and can not effect Weapon Skills. The effect is 25% of your Current HP and is slashing damage. The damage is hateless but in low maning things (or just to have fun DDing) its a really nice weapon especially since in parties some mobs just dont live long enough to get atonment to decent levels or the mob hate table is stupid and you can not build enmity up enough.
I'm just wondering, the 'Damage proportionate to current HP' mean that if I'm an elvaan with 1900 HP, I will be doing 450~ dmg each hit? I'm just going by my gut and the propotions given by wiki. I'm thinking about making this my first relic to work for :D
