Ugh. All the items obtained from PTS are at least marginally nice...except this one. S-E really dropped the ball on this one. Seriously, by the time you're a Lv 61 DRG, if it really was necessary, you could simply recall your wyvern to heal it. SAM gets a nice +22 attack, WAR gets a hige +32 defense...and DRG gets something that's already in their AF from 3 levels before. Way to go, S-E.
