pretty decent axe once the latent is broken. very nice for a free axe, anyway

Not the greatest 1H axe for Warrior, but I can tell you that it beats Woodvilles for DPS, and you *will* notice the 6% proc rate, especially when using Rampage, and is much better when used main hand over Maneater (6% crit rate > 3 base DMG). I recommend it for anyone not willing to drop 1.5mil+ on a Juggernaut.
