this is not an exact but i use this sword when I tank. In Campain I have seen it reduce evasion as soon as every 2 to 3 hits and quite often per fight.
Can anyone estimate proc rate on the addt'l effect? Wanting to determine if it's worth equipping this sword for tanking high evasion mobs. If proc rate is too low vs. higher-level mobs, though, probably not worth it.
It's an ok sword, I choose to sell it after a week though. If you're looking for a sword with decent damage then buy the Company sword. The lv65 enm+/atk+ sword is better for tanking.
