In my opinion, this is a very useful dagger. It has a low delay, it is only 3 DMG less than a Corsair's Knife, and has crit rate +5%.
Mainhand a Corsair's Knife with this Kidney Dagger (if you don't have anything like a Hornetneedle, for example) and you should notice that it is not half bad.
I have to agree on That. and with the ability of the Augment NM. We could get a decent Augment. Would be a Nice dagger For THF with DEX and/or Evasion.
