Velocity Bow +1 has 210 delay, same damage, but you gain 16 ranged attack and 2 AGI, all for about 250k more. Either one is great for pulling fast for NM camping with NIN sub or for clicking off status bolts quickly, such as bloody bolts when you're taking a beating.
Superior to all others for THF pretty much unless you can get an HQ staurbow ziska's is overrated this bow much better for the price and its still faster than ziska
