Pop rate for the NM Cancer is very low. Also drop rate for this is low. I believe we went through roughly 9-10 stacks of Quus before getting the drop.
The added water effect is very nice when it goes off but it does nto seem to be very frequent. Highest I have seen is 48 added water damage.

Very fun to play with, if you wanna get it, I don't see why you shouldn't have one even if you are skilling up. Might as well look cool eh?
