I'd wear Spike Necklace over the NQ, but for 1H TP in particular, I'd wear the HQ over even Spike Necklace.

STR is good and all... but accuracy is beyond crucial those early levels.

Wrong. It is inferior to spike once you obtain it, due to the fSTR boost. Everyone always forgets that.
