Also a great efficiency ring for any MP user in Nyzul Isle/Salvage. As BLU I swap this in this while looking for lamps to gain an extra refresh tic.

Outside of its latent, this is a strong ring for landing debuffs that don't increase potency with stats (sleep, dispel); likewise for BLU debuffs (Enervation, Voracious Trunk etc).
