Of course, for TP DMG amemet+1 will do more then this cape. Assassin's Cape is really just used for SATAing and showing off :).

Looks amazing now with the new design. However!

the enmity+5 makes it a good addition to any trick Attack macro, and the DEX+4, although not AMAZING, definitly has a place in a SA/SB set up, or SATA set up. the DMG+8 (From 4aGI/DEX for SATA) will add up over 15 Attack.

Looks badass too.
