I just got these. I agree with Zanji as these being pretty much worthless, but it was the only way I could put my NQ AF back on NPC. To get the extra 3 inventory spots back, I think its worth it.

45 Second Flee is all, does not extend it more than NQ boots. Not worth the upgrade :(
